Devotion in motion is love in action, so let us gather together in the name of Love! No belief or faith of any kind required to attend this ceremonial yoga service. This loving, strong and soulful practice will begin with Intention Setting, Mantra/Japa and maybe even a little "call and response." We will build heat with a variation of Sun Salutations including deep quad and poses releases, an artfully curated standing series, deep frontline release, and some juicy hip opening floor work. This transformative experience will have you vibrating and connected to your highest frequency of love and gratitude!
