Regardless if you're completely new to the practice or a seasoned practitioner, we'll start with building a steady handstand and use that to explore supported acrobatic postures that take our inversions to new levels. We'll find clean lines of connection, and layer progressions to balance power and grace. This practice will be solidly sequenced, highly accessible, and powerfully playful. No experience or partner necessary, come with an openness to adventure.
