Are you up for a deep and intense dive into your inner landscape? Then this one is for you! We will begin this journey with powerful Somatic Breath work, and seamlessly flow into a deep Yin Yoga practice. We will be practicing Yin poses that are commonly experienced as intense, such as Dragon, Seal, Lizard, Sleeping Swan, Frog and Camel. The longer holds allow ample time to acknowledge and release resistance that may surface. Don't worry though - you will be guided through various options so you are able to deeply release into them. We end with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation and a well-deserved Savasana to leave you feeling recharged, relaxed and deeply connected.
