Infused with poetry from her self-published collections entitled Collecting Feathers, Landing hOMe, and Sacred Details, Tara will lovingly hold you as she guides you through a nourishing practice while Hope will transport you to another realm with her musical magic. Giving ourselves permission to shed our armor, we will soften into the soft animals of our bodies; listening and honoring what they are telling us they need.
